Where do I even begin? I had several planners in a list to call when I made contact with Rachael and after our first chat, I immediately threw the list away because we just clicked! From the very beginning she listened to what my vision was for our wedding day and made the plan to bring it to life. I changed my mind about literally everything at least 10x and never once did I get negative feedback from R. We spoke regularly on the phone until I moved to the Tacoma area and then we began to meet in person for details. She made the experience feel so natural like I was chatting with a friend about the tiny details. She was a soundboard through it all. After a year came the big day and let me tell you, it would have been CHAOS if it weren’t for her and her husband. What could have been a rainy disaster turned into a beautiful day celebrating love. Even though she couldn’t control the weather (who knew) she developed a plan on the fly to get the ceremony done between the showers. I talked to Rachael more about our wedding plans than I did my own friends, that’s how much I trusted her. She is a gem in the wedding world and I’m so lucky to have found her!

We had an out-of-state wedding, and there is absolutely no way we could have pulled it off without her. It was important to us we stayed in budget and she not only kept that in mind with all the vendors she sent us but she fought for better prices and deals for us (without us even asking). I was planning our WA wedding while living in TX, and I couldn’t have done it w/o Rachael. She was so kind to offer to run by the venue to take photos of the space or pick up things for me if I needed her to. She was easy to get ahold of.. we’d bounce around ideas on ceremony and reception. . . and every other aspect of planning. She was a great sounding board, kept me on track, and kept me sane leading up to the “big day.”

Her coordination with vendors, our wedding party, and our family made our wedding feel effortless. I chuckle, thinking about how eloquently R approached me to let me know a guest requested to have the large overhead fans turned off. I was nervous in a dress overheating and gave it a hard "NO." R was in full support of my decision and returned to the guest to kindly let them know of the bride's wishes. Turns out it was my mom, and this was a battle I wasn't going to win. The takeaway is do yourself a favor. Find someone willing to work alongside you to fulfill all of your (and your family's) wishes, who is kind but direct and makes your day one that you wish you could relive time and time again! 10/10!

AMAZING! We felt relieved knowing all the little things would be handled on our big day. Before the wedding, there were plenty of meet-ups, phone calls, and venue walk-throughs. Because of this I knew everything would be taken care of, and it definitely was. BONUS - The value of her services was amazing for the amount of support we got! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Plus, it’s fun to have such a fun and positive person at your wedding!
